Reiki best kaam karta hai complement ke roop mein — medical care ke saath, uski jagah nahi.

Par research ho rahi hai. Studies show karti hain ki Reiki anxiety aur pain reduce kar sakta hai. US aur UK ke kai hospitals ne Reiki ko apne integrative care programs mein include kiya hai.

Body tabhi best heal karti hai jab woh rest mein ho. Safety mein ho. Stress mein nahi. Resistance mein nahi.

Jab tum truly relax karte ho — body ke self-repair systems activate hote hain. Inflammation kam hoti hai. Immunity strong hoti hai.

Reiki woh state create karta hai. Aur us state mein — healing khud ho jaati hai.


Aaj raat ek cheez try karo

Koi Reiki master nahi chahiye. Koi training nahi. Sirf do minute aur thodi stillness.

Simple Practice

  1. Baitho ya lete jao aaram se. Aankhein band karo.
  2. Teen slow, deep breaths lo. Har baar poori tarah exhale karo.
  3. Ab dono haath apne dil par rakh do — halke se.
  4. Haathon ki warmth feel karo. Kuch mat karo. Bas feel karo.
  5. Har breath ke saath, andar se kaho: “Main safe hoon. Main heal ho raha hoon. Main kaafi hoon.”
  6. 2–3 minute bas isi mein raho. Sirf saans lo. Sirf feel karo.

Notice karo kya hota hai.

Woh hamesha andar tha.

Reiki koi belief system nahi hai. Ise religion ki tarah “believe” nahi karna hai.

Bas ek baar try karo. Feel karo. Aur apna experience hi proof ban jaane do.


Mujhe khud yaad hai — woh waqt jab body ek battleground feel hoti thi. Anxiety itni thick thi ki saans lena bhi heavy lagta tha. Koi dawaai poori tarah nahi pahunchi. Koi advice uss jagah tak nahi gayi.

Jo cheez shift hui woh thi — body ko sunna. Usse resist karna band karna.

Yeh samajhna ki meri energy broken nahi thi. Woh sirf block thi.

Aur jis pal main ne resist karna chhoda — kuch khula.
